These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Adin's Inc DBA Billy's Homestead ("Billy's Homestead," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, services, and SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Billy's Homestead sends reservation confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Messages may include promotional offers, discounts, and updates about menu items, Mesage frequency may vary.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, website, and SMS messaging program. By using our website, submitting forms, opting into SMS communications, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm and represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use our services or opt into any communications from Billy's Homestead. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Billy's Homestead to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (585) 671-0652. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

5. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

7. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
